Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during shifts
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment throughout the shift
Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and kitchen leadership
Perform opening and closing duties for assigned stations
Support other cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours
