Responsibilities

Greet members, guests, and visitors with exceptional courtesy and professionalism
Monitor and control vehicle access at the main entrance to ensure the safety and privacy of the community
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering assistance as needed
Maintain a secure and orderly environment, reporting any incidents or concerns promptly
Assist with general gatehouse duties and ensure proper documentation for guest arrivals
