About the Role
The Veterinary Clinic Scheduler is a key point of contact for our clinic. This role supports our veterinary team by coordinating appointments, communicating with clients, and keeping daily schedules running smoothly. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and great with people, you’ll do well here.What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate, professional approach Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person Able to work collaboratively with clinic staff and other departmentsSchedule & Compensation
