• Ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve any issues that may arise
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably JONAS
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Assist in managing reservations and waitlist
• Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide assistance to guests as needed
