Dispatcher 

Pay: $23-$26/hour 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7AM–3PM 

TitanZ Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to manage our incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch technicians efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining strong communication between customers and field staff. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• receive incoming calls from customers & technicians 

• Schedule service appointments   

• Dispatch technicians and monitor routes   

• Update job progress in ServiceTitan   

• Daily capacity planning and membership scheduling   

• Customer updates and follow-ups   

Qualifications: 

• 1–3 year's experience in dispatching or scheduling   

• Strong communication & multitasking skills   

• Calm under pressure and highly organized   

• Positive mindset with ability to find solutions 

• ServiceTitan experience preferred
